When you start your business there will be lots that needs to be done and you will need a way to receive incoming calls when you are unable to be there to take the calls personally. You could promote your own phone number and use an existing answer machine or BT 1571, the problems many people find with this are:

Use our VoiceMail Service - Whereas your answer phone will usually only record up to 15 minutes of messages, our Voicemail service is managed by us and offers a simple way to answer all incoming calls when you are too busy to do so yourself. How you use it depends on how you run your business. You can either redirect your incoming calls to your voicemail service when you are not available (useful if you want to use it intermittently), you can filter all your calls through voicemail so you can manage your time effectively, or you could use it to capture responses to advertising where you promote the voicemail number and ask potential customers to phone and listen to information or leave their details to be sent information separately. Of course the other advantage of our service is that it protects your home phone number, from nuisance marketing calls once you start advertising to recruit new distributors.

Two Types of VoiceMail

We offer two types of voicemail Standard Dial-in and Voicemail to email. They are designed to meet the way you prefer to work and keep costs down. With standard Dial-n you have to remember to regularly check your messages by calling your service. With Voicemail to Email our systems record the message online for access via the internet and email a copy to you as an attachement within minutes of taking the message (of course you will need a PC with speakers or headphones to hear the message when replayed).

By paying our low yearly subscription fee you do not have to meet any call volume targets used by other providers who disconnect your service if you do not produce enough calls to cover their costs and subsequently charge you £100 to reconnect the service so you don't have to change your adverts.
